I think they are pushing for more textbooks.  Also, I have never read about an age limit for the free accounts for students.  

Ashley, I would recommend getting your own bookshare account instead of waiting for your school to decide since it is free for you.  

The setup is especially easy if you also use RFB and D or NLS.
