[nabs-l] .XLS files

1. Activate the Data menu with Alt + D.

2. Enter on Sort.

3. Say "yes" to the warning about expanding selection.  This is so that all
your other columns will be synchronized.

4. Pick the column you want to sort.  Tab and pick whether you want
ascending or descending.  Make sure to check the box for the Header row,
unless you want the top row to be sorted as well.

5. Enter on OK, and you're in business.
