[nabs-l] Filling out forms

Whenever I had to fill out a form for school I always got sighted assistance 
from another class mate or my girl friend who was also a journalism major!

Brice,
Whenever I have a worksheet to fill out for school, I always clean up
the document to make it accessible. In your case, I would put each
individual question/statement that you have to fill out on a separate
line. Hope this helps,
