I use Windows live mail and it is very accessible. Like with anything new it 
will take some time to understand where everything is located.  I pasted a 
link below that I googled for you.  Try copying and pasting it in your web 
browser, if that doesn't get you there then just googled windows live mail 
shortcut keys you will find the link.
