Hi,
I cannot get outlook because the microsoft package was already iinstalled for me; I will have to get another email client like thunderbird.
Outlook has a ribbon bar, but I heard it got more acccessible recently and you can now use the calendar feature.
I'll definately use outlook when i get a job.
