Hello everyone:

Does anyone know where or how can I apply for the Blind 
Industries and Services of Maryland Independence 2011 supper 
program? As you know, I am in need of learning more blindness 
skills and I would like to apply to the program. Is there 
anything I need?

I looked online, but there's no application or such, that I can 
find in order to apply.
Also, what requirements are needed in order to be qualified? Are 
there any deadlines for this program?
Any comments are welcome.
