To answer your question, Nicole, no.  I'm not bothered unles the 
driver's texting.  Then again, the texting is bad.  I'm not 
really into people who text while driving.  It gets pretty bad 
when my friends talk to me on their cell phones while driving.  I 
haven't had much of a problem with cab rivers talking on cell 
phones while driving.  I've had lots of cab drivers, and they've 
always just let the company handle their jobs.
