[nabs-l] Cab Drivers Talking on Their Cell Phones

Hey, When I live in OKC, I used the cab often. I found out that most
of the cab driver used a bluetooth while driving instead of the
cellphone itself. Not saying it is any safer because any distraction
is not, but not sure if bluetooth verces holding the phone might make
you feel a bit better.
