[nabs-l] proposition for amendment to constitution

I think an other problem is that sometimes during the meeting at convention people who weren't planning to run for a position end up running just because they have enough support from friends etc. If we were to change the constitution then we would also have to make sure that NABS members know exactly who is running for each positions at least a week or so ahead of time.
