umm…
annoying, and that's why I'm not getting Lion.
Anyhow, does Apple even care about the NDA?
I mean, it looks like TUAW and other media violate it every time they can and APple doesn't care.

They didn’t answer that part of my email about Lion’s version of Safari having iPhone-style pinch-zoom features (a publicly announced feature!)

VoiceOver gets updated along with the rest of the operating system, which means that you won't have to pay every time a new version of your screen reader comes out. In any case, you will only pay for the operating system update, just like any other user. Updates are around 25-30$.

I own a Macbook aluminum that's more than 3 years old and it works just like when it was new. I also have an iMac from early 2008 and it's running a developer preview of OS X 10.7 with no problems. Every time I bought a Windows laptop it would slow down like crazy when I installed newer versions of the system on it. Finally, I bought an 11 inch Macbook air this year that I use as a notetaker. It boots in about 10-15 seconds, and works very well.
