I I do not think it is an acceptable alternative. I use the mobile site.
But it vcannot do many things that one could do on the regular site.

I find using the moble facebook site much easyer to use then the regular
site as a jaws user.

If anyone has figured out how to make navigating the regular Facebook page
with a screen reader go smoother, can he/she please email me off list?
On a similar note, do you think that using the mobile site is an acceptable
alternative to having an accessible site?
