I am also afraid of dogs myself. When I was 4 years old, I was bitten by
one. It was not huge large dog but now I am afraid of  them and don't like
them.

Your fear of dogs is understandable -- but I don't think it is primarily a
blindness-related issue.  Lots of people blind and sighted alike are afraid
of dogs.
