[nabs-l] Trouble forming an Association of Blind students, for my state

Hello Joshua,
  If you are interested in   organizing a student division in
Arkansas, you would  probably want to first start with contacting your
 affiliate president as they are  always looking for students  who
want to take charge in such a manner.
 once you've done this,  you would then want to contact the nabs
president for further assistance  from the national student division
side of things.
