And josh, this issue doesn't have to do with NVDA; bet NVDA has issues too 
sometimes.
In addition to my last suggestions such as calling the company, you might 
want to update your internet browser if you haven't done so; although I 
think 9 is the latest version.

It's time to switch to NVDA!
I'm tired of Jaws, anyway.
When I get my new computer, (a Del,) I'm getting NVDA, and using it.
