Beth, if your friend wants to go to the center, then he needs to make his 
feelings known. We do not know the facts, so I'm not going to say one way or 
another. This information is second hand.
1 How is your friends orentation and mobility skills?
2 How are his comunication skills? Can he read/ write braille?
3 I believe you said he wish's to go into radio broadcasting. Has your 
friend researched this job thiroly before speaking to his councilor?
