WOW!  That is sheer luck.  Good for you.  They must have felt sorry for your or whatever.  Anyway, who cares, they went the extra mile and should be commended since they can be considered the "minority" not majority.  Sad but true.  They must have been down-to-earth people not levitated by money as those in the 1%.  Those out-of-touch people will always look at us and say:
Yes, I am all for inclusion, but not in my backyard b/c they will "bring down my neighborhood."  Glad to here that it was a success.
