Thanks Mary for the tips. I have free access to the print text, so I'm 
considering scanning the book myself since it'll be quicker than trying to 
track down an electronic copy.

When do you need it?
You can try and place a request on bookshare for them to scan it for
you. Your school can also Contact, AMAC which is a company that scan
books. How this helps.
