It's all because accessibility is an afterthought. It's sad, but it's true.
That's what the NFB is trying to change.

You know how they do things!
Something comes out, and then, when something else becomes accessible, they
slowly want to compete, and it takes a while for them to make it accessible!
Why can't they do things at the same speed, and at the same time?
Technology changes, so fast, but it takes the companies a while to make the
new technology accessible.
What's up with that?
