Well, I have a BrailleNote also.  But
my vision teacher wants me to see how well an iPod touch would 
work at school.

Oh...  sorry, I was confused because I only use an iPhone.  Also,
this is just my personal opiniion, but I think something like a
braillenote has many more education benefits than an IOS device.
It seems like it's much easier to type on a full qwerty keyboard
than a touch screen.

IPhones do, and perhaps iPad, but not iPod touches.

Hi everyone,

My vision teacher is having me do a fun little project.  She got
me an iPod Touch from some meeting she went too for vision
teachers.  And she wants me to see how well the iPod Touch will
work in an educational setting.  But the biggest problem is my
school doesn't have Wi-Fi.  So because of that, I really wonder
if it's gonna even work because most Apps have to have a Wi-Fi
connection. ...  Any ideas?
