Keep in mind that this may not be the only sight that is causing this inaccessibility. Also, you make it sound as though these people are causing their sites to be inaccessible on purpose, just to spite us. Have you tried contacting any of the people responsible for these sites? It is entirely possible that they do not realize that their sites are inaccessible. Education is a large part of changing the environment. Yes, those individuals may say that they do not wish to change their sites, but we cannot know this until we try. The same is true with colleges and universities. If you contact the disability services coordinator, they can help you to fix these problems or get in touch with someone else who may be able to fix the problems so that this part of your education is as accessible as possible.
