[nabs-l] Braille Note Apex issue

Dear Nabs,

My Braille Note Apex seems to not totally charge at 100 percent. I
plug it in for a couple of hours and I will check it and it says that
it is at 98 percent. I let it continue charging for a while and check
it for a second time but it will still be at 98 percent. Does this
mean my battery in the Apex is bad or is the cord the problem?
