[nabs-l] Braille Note Apex issue

I read it in the user mannual. I've charged mine over 300 times, 
and it still works fine, so I'm not entirely sure this 
information is accurate.

Oh my. Where did you hear that? if only three hundred times, well 
I charge
it about every week.  That explains why my battery loses charge 
faster now.
I have had the battery  replaced but that was a few years ago.

It's probably the battery. It's designed to charge 300 times
before starting to lose charge.

Dear Nabs,

My Braille Note Apex seems to not totally charge at 100 percent.
I
plug it in for a couple of hours and I will check it and it says
that
it is at 98 percent. I let it continue charging for a while and
check
it for a second time but it will still be at 98 percent. Does
this
mean my battery in the Apex is bad or is the cord the problem?
