Hope and all,
Thanks for your suggestions. I feel they are in a hurry to close the case 
rather than purchase me what I need to be successful now and on the job. A 
big thing is I need my braille note repaired since some cells are dead.
Yes, we do have a client assistance program and I might use cap soon.

If your meeting does not go well, go up the ladder. VR usually has a program 
that will assist you with advocating. My program is called the Client 
Advocacy program. Basically if I have an issue I'd call them and they would 
call the counselor and supervisor and take whatever action is necessary to 
get you the things you need. You could also switch counselors.
