[nabs-l] textbooks

[Mark J. Cadigan]

It is not the ADA but rather section 504 and 508 of the rehabilitation act 
of 1973 that cover access to coarse materials. The ADA covers access to the 
classrooms and like.



The exception to this is if you are not a student in the United States, or 
your college receives no federal funding.
