Good afternoon,
Pages works similarly to word on a PC. You can edit and draft text in various forms. Secondly, you are able to utilize the functions as you would use in word,. Functions include options for editing text, and even giving your file a file name. Arrow keys will work as they normally do. Are you using Voice-over? If so, make shore that the navigation functions are turned off.
Have a good eveningg.
