Hi,
If your battery died, you probably just need to recharge it. Freedom 
scientific will sell you a charger for it.
They might even put in a new rechargable battery if you pay for it. might 
want to ask them.

I have mine, but the firmware is in Spanish and the battery might have died. 
I would have to try turning it on!
