You need to get the word out.  I have put an ad in the newspaper, 
although you tend to get innondated.  If you are a student, notices 
on bulletinboards can work, your school may have a newspaper where 
you could put an ad, or it may have some kind of student job service 
you could work with.  First talk to everybody you know and see if 
anyone is interested, or knows somebody who is.  It is always better 
to pay then use volunteers, as you have better control.
