Has your professor told you you have to use Blogger? If so,
Blogspot seems pretty accessible, and so does Live Journal. I've
also heard about blind people using Wordpress.

Chris

"The real problem of blindness is not the loss of eyesight. The
real problem is the misunderstanding and lack of education that
exists. If a blind person has the proper training and
opportunity, blindness can be reduced to a mere physical
nuisance."

Ashley, use Blogspot.
I have two blind friends, who use it, and it isn't a problem.

 Hi all,

I need to create a blog for an english class. So is blogger
accessible? If
you had challenges, what were there? We just have to write
posts, not do
anything fancy or visual with the blog.
