[nabs-l] textbooks and inaccessible cds

Joshua,
Can you site the case and section of the ADA?
I might call DOJ and find out. That is if I do not get anywhere with the 
publisher.

Ashley, they have to make them accessible.
The Department of Justice said so.
They ruled, two years ago, that the ADA now applies to Websites.
