[nabs-l] textbooks and inaccessible cds

When looking for scholarships, don't overlook resources available to the school you are attending.  That 
should probably be the first place you look.  I don't mean the DSS office, although that wouldn't hurt, 
but there is likely a financial aid office of some kind.
