Yes its jaws accessible. As I said though you cannot use the typical read
all command, insert down arrow though. No it will not read tables in my
experience; it will not tell you what the graphics are, but it does read
text.

When I learned a brief introduction to powerpoint in 2008, my teacher
claimed it wasn't very jaws accessible. Have they made improvements,
so that it is jaws accessible. I have a feeling I might need to learn
and use it at some point in my college career.
