Hello, Can anyone give me instructions on how to upload a file? I am applying for a scholarship and it ask canidates to upload files to the application. I tried going to th brows button and going to the file I wanted to upload and I thn hit open and thought the file would be uploaded to the application but it wasn't. Can anyone help? THanks
