well its both; and apparently their assistive tech certification is
undergoing some changes. Maybe its worth checking into for those wanting to
teach blindness adaptive tech

I wasn't aware that LWSB offered programs similar to the Carol Center's and
Colorado Center's! I was always under the impression that it was solely a
job training center AKA an ITT tech or a Western School Of Health And
business!
