[nabs-l] Frustrated with school!

Joshua,

How is it that you didn't know you didn't have the audio books until now?  If your DSS office is handling your book ordering, it sounds as though you need 
to get involved more in the process even if you shouldn't have to.  You may need to talk to someone about getting access to paying some readers.  It is 
harder to do this at short notice, but it can be done.  You are going to have to deal with situations like this on the job in all liklihood.  I don't blame you for 
feeling frustrated if you thought something was done that isn't, but since it is your grade on the line, you are the one who has to check on this stuff all 
along to make sure things are happening as you expect.
