[nabs-l] Jaws problem

hi everyone i have updated jaws 11 and thanks for the help i have one
more question When i am on a webpage i sometimes have to hold down the
controol key and down arrow to get it to read what is on the page. do
you know how to make that go away and just use thee arrows to navigate
the page thanks again in advance
