Hello I do not know of any way you can do that with Jaws but I would suggest
to you that you maybe check the jaws help file for that program.

Subject: [nabs-l] Word 2012, Jaws, and Graphics?
Hi,
I am doing an assignment for my Intro to Computers course as one of my basic
general education requirements in college, and I am being asked to take a
picture that I have inserted in a Word 2010 document and align it with the
horizontal and vertical rulers on the side of the page. Is there any way to
do this with Jaws without being able to see it? I have Windows 7, Jaws 12,
and Microsoft Office 2010.
Thanks,
Misty
