[nabs-l] pop-ups when clicking on a video

It may vary from version to version, but in IE8 which is probably
most common now, alt-t for tools, up arrow to internet options, and
shift-tab to the tabs control and right arrow to privacy. Then there
is a checkbox for popup blocker, which should be unchecked.
