[nabs-l] accessible phones

You don't need the braille overlay. I really do recommend an IPhone. I 
wanted to avoid jumping on the band wagon, but I love it.
As an alternative, you can get talkx or uh, the other one on a nokia 
phone, or you can get an android. They're nice, but they've got a lot of 
issues. IPhone is the most advanced in terms of accessibility, IMO. And 
you don't need braille overlays, they just get in the way and make you 
look well, blind.
