I also wanted to see some more details about the kind of support
Vincent was needing that he wasn't getting from Georgia Tech. It's not
clear from the petition, for example, whether he only used five hours
per week of reader support because he only needed that much or because
he wants more but can't get the university or voc rehab to fund it.
I'd want to know more before signing this petition. Also, some of the
language irritated me, like saying his accomplishments are more
impressive because of his disability and that he is an inspiration. I
think blind students' achievements should be compared to achievements
made by other students in the same field, not seen as greater just
because a student is blind.
