I'm not sure about how to handle that other than to file a claim.  Write
averything up as a report in your own words so you can at least have
reference to that.

P.S. I'm extremely sorry if the topic is not related.  Students should know
how to navigate the DVR system if college is denied them over and over,
especially if a doc gets involved.
