I'm using Pages on my iPhone, iPad and MacBook Air. I Think it's great, the app is easy to understand and use. 

When you've Pages on your Apple Products the documents synchronise between them. When I'll continue working on a document on my PC laptop I send the document to my e-mail in the Word format since I Think it's easier.
