[nabs-l] spanish symbols for Apex help

Nathan,
Spanish is one of the easier languages in terms of accents. All of the
vowels are accented. If you enable Spanish on your Apex and you set
computer braille to 8-dot, you'll have no problems. Let me know if you
need anything else.
