This is a different lab, but it is the same company. If I were you I'd email 
them and let them know that after following this guide the lab is still not 
working on a totally accessible subject.

As far as I know all of the Pearson labs are inaccessable. In a class I took 
last semester that used one of these programs I had to complete all of my 
assignments with the assistance of a reader.
