I wanted to just mention that Dr. Mauer said that Voc Rehab is supposed to
pay for school to your terminal degree needed for your chosen vocation.

Also, there seems to be enough interest in a young professionals division /
committee / thing that I would propose having it on the agenda for the NABS
meeting in Orlando.
In the field of observation, chance favors only the prepared mind.
