[nabs-l] Apex email list?

Hello,
I am trying to move over to the Apex as my primary device finally after 
a long time of resisting it, and I would like to know if there is an 
email list for the Apex?
Also, a completely different question,
If I get the Sendero maps for my APEX and get a Braille sense later, 
will I need to buy another $1000 set of maps?
