[nabs-l] a problem with voice over

There is no way to stop Safari from doing this; however, you can change it once it does.  
Go to settings > accessibility > rotor > and check Zoom.  Then go to the webpage and turn rotor to Zoom.  Flick up and down to zoom in and out.  Hope this helps.
