Ashley,

I'm in Kentucky, and I started my Blindness Rehab program in December, and 
had to wait 7 weeks for O&M simply because our excellent O&M Instructor was 
backlogged.  I am honestly glad I got in when I did-- He was worth waiting 
for!!

Sometimes it takes a while...
