[nabs-l] marketing class accomodation

You should absolutely not waste your time if the professor is not going to bend and your disability services people won't help you. It's not worth it. There should be some way to work around this homework assignment. The professor and the university need to make an accommodation. As others have said, you can go to the Dean if you really want to.
