[nabs-l] Opinions on a TVI Issue

Hi,

I agree. As long as you're getting the assistance you need from her,
it really doesn't matter if she decides to help other students or not.
If she were choosing to help them over helping you, that would not be
okay, but if you're doing your work and are fine with the math, and
someone else is struggling, it makes sense for her to help out.

Remember, most TVIs have a pretty significant background in special
education. They're teachers at heart, it's what they love to do.
Their first duty is to you, the blind student, but it is okay for them
to help other students if they can and it doesn't interfere with your
studies.
