[nabs-l] How to change a link to a URL

Hi Chris, this is Helga! I'm trying to change the website address itself to 
a URL? And probably also the text inside the Link? Do you know how to do

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by saying "change the link to a 
URL." Are you trying to change the Web site address itself or the text 
inside a link?
